Energizing Chair Exercises

Please join us for an hour of fun and get energized with Sherrie! These Chair Exercises will work your upper body and limber your joints, muscles and legs.  You can look forward to improved vitality, strength, balance and flexibility. There is also time to socialize afterwards, so come and share your stories with us!

Time:   9 to 10 am
Fee:     $2 drop in fee

Silver Age Move & Groove

This program will concentrate on fall prevention, balance, strength, endurance and is based on the book titled “Strong Women Stay Young (but is for men as well), by Miriam E. Nelson, Ph.D. Here is a quote from the book cover: “This scientifically proven strength-training program helps with weight loss, improves muscle ton , reverses bone loss, improves energy and balance.” The sessions will include emphasis on overall wellness, physical movement, socialization, fun and laughter, music and educational components for your interest.
